This Privacy Policy explains how Stampper (“we”, “us”, the “App”) collects, uses, and protects your information when you use the Stampper mobile application. By using the App, you agree to the practices described here.
1. Information We Collect
Stampper is designed to work without requiring you to create an account or provide your name or email. We collect the minimum needed to make the App work:

| Photos | The photos you choose to turn into stamps. These are processed on your device to create your stamp and may be stored in secure cloud storage so your collection is backed up. |
| Stamps & collections | The stamps you create and the albums you organize them into (names, shapes, filters, borders, postmarks). |
| Purchase history | Your subscription status (e.g. active Collector plan), managed through Apple and our subscription provider. |
| Device & usage data | Basic technical information used for app reliability and to fix problems. |
We do not collect your name, email address, contacts, precise location, or health data, and we do not use third-party advertising trackers.
2. How We Use Your Information
- To create, store, and display your stamps and collections.
- To back up and sync your collection so it isn't lost.
- To process and manage subscriptions and restore purchases.
- To keep the App reliable, secure, and to fix bugs.
3. Third-Party Services
We rely on a small number of trusted service providers to operate the App:
- Apple — App distribution and in-app purchases / subscriptions.
- Google Firebase — Cloud database and storage used to save and back up your stamps and collections.
- Adapty — Subscription management and purchase validation.
Your use of these features may be subject to those providers' own privacy policies.
4. Data Stored on Your Device
Many of your stamps and settings are stored locally on your device. This data is removed when you delete the App, though cloud-backed copies follow the deletion process below.
5. Data Sharing
We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with the service providers listed above as needed to run the App, or where required by law.
6. Data Retention & Deletion
You can delete your stamps and collection from within the App. You may also request deletion of your associated data by contacting us at the email below, and we will remove it from our systems.
7. Children's Privacy
Stampper is not directed to children under 13 (or the minimum age required in your region). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us data, contact us and we will delete it.
8. Security
We use industry-standard measures, including encryption in transit, to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
9. Your Rights
Depending on where you live (e.g. under GDPR or CCPA), you may have rights to access, correct, or delete your data. You can exercise these rights by contacting us.
10. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Policy from time to time. We will revise the “Last updated” date above and, for significant changes, may notify you in the App.
