Terms of Use

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of the Stampper mobile application (the “App”). By downloading or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

1. The Service

Stampper lets you turn your photos into collectible postage-style stamps, customize them with shapes, filters, borders and postmarks, organize them into albums, and share or export them. The App is provided for personal, non-commercial use.

2. Your Content

You retain ownership of the photos and stamps you create. You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to use any photo you turn into a stamp, and that your content does not infringe the rights of others.

3. Acceptable Use

• Do not use the App for any unlawful purpose.
• Do not attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the App or its systems.
• Do not create stamps from content that is illegal, abusive, or infringes others' rights.

4. Subscriptions (Stampper Collector)

The App offers an auto-renewing subscription (“Collector”) that unlocks premium features such as unlimited stamps, premium shapes, filters and borders, and cloud backup. Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel your subscription in your Apple ID account settings. Prices are shown in the App before purchase. Any unused portion of a free trial, if offered, is forfeited when you purchase a subscription.

Your use of subscriptions is also governed by Apple's Standard End User License Agreement (EULA).

5. Intellectual Property

The App, including its name, logo, design, and content, is owned by Stampper and protected by applicable laws. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal purposes. You retain ownership of the content you create.

6. Third-Party Services

The App uses third-party services including Apple, Google Firebase, and Adapty. Your use of those features may be subject to those providers' terms. See our Privacy Policy for details.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose or uninterrupted operation.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Stampper shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App, including any loss of content or data.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms. You may stop using the App at any time and delete it and your content from your device.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will update the “Last updated” date above and, for significant changes, notify you in the App. Continued use after changes means you accept the revised Terms.
